During this weird time, I, amongst many others, started baking and discovered how easy it is to make a 'levain', or sourdough starter. It reminded me of when i was a child and received 'herman' from a friend. and a couple of years after me, my brothers also both received herman from a friend. i remember how much fun we had taking care of him, feeding him, stirring him and eventually, eating him! plus sharing him with friends. and i thought to myself, what a wonderful time to bring this joyful experience to my friends! Before my wedding day however, I decided to complete it with a second verse and a bridge, and play it as my vows. We finally recorded this song in March 2020 in Los Angeles. Photo: view from below during the hike to the Hollywood Sign The most famous and popular place of LA is  Hollywood Boulevard , the street where the Chinese theater and El Capitan Theater are located. Here the stars lie on the sidewalk, literally and figuratively. I’m talking of course about the Walk of Fame where you come across 2,600 terrazzo and brass stars embedded in the sidewalks. But this is also the place where a lot of (often bad) street artists gather and homeless people are found on every corner of the street. It is very busy, dirty and there is not much to do. If you really can't stay away, just park in a side street off Hollywood Boulevard east of the theaters (free, but don't leave anything of value in the car) or in the Hollywood / Highland parking garage , and walk back and forth for a while. Another option is to drive through this part, so you still get a glimpse of it but don’t have to spend too much time here. Here are some other, in my opinion better...
